  • WHERE: 60 Mortimer Drive, Oxford, OX3 0RU
  • PROPOSAL: Erection of a two storey building to create 2 x 2-bed flats (Use Class C3). Provision of car parking, private amenity space and bin and cycle storage.
  • REFERENCE: 19/00233/FUL

Plans state: “The proposed site is currently a rather unappealing garage area, accessed via a side road to number 60.

“There may be objection from some of overdevelopment of the site, but unjustifiably so, as it meets all local and national policy for space standards, amenity, parking and design.

“The reuse of the site for housing on previously developed land is a positive and efficient use of the land.”
