ELLIOT RODNEY, 19, of Falstaff Close, Eynsham, driving above the legal drug limit for cannabis on November 25 at Stowford Road, Barton. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JOE SUTTON, 32, of Newman Manor, Wallingford, admitted stealing cash and cosmetics from Boots, Wallingford, on March 25. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for nine months, an electronic curfew for three months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. He must also pay compensation of £2,300 and court costs of £100.

JAMES TAYLOR, 18, of Chedworth Drive, Witney, admitted sending by electronic means an offensive message and damaging a window to a value unknown at Abingdon on January 29. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and he must pay compensation of £350.

Grant CAISTOR, 29, of Dirac Place, Didcot, admitted damaging a glass conservatory door to the value of £500 at an address in Didcot on January 27. He was fined £185 and must pay compensation of £500, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

NICUSOR SERBAN, 21, of Evenlode Cottages, Chipping Norton, admitted stealing food items valued at £325.12 from Marks and Spencer, Banbury on April 21. He was fined £165 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ROBERT VAUGHAN, 22, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, was convicted of driving without a valid licence, third party insurance or a valid MOT test certificate at Abingdon on August 28. He was fined a total of £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

JAMES LEIGH, 52, of Kingston Road, Jericho, was convicted of racially aggravated assault of a man at Bayswater Road, Oxford, on September 5 as well as possession of a quantity of cannabis. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and unpaid work for 100 hours. He must also pay compensation to his victim of £100, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £400.

BRENDAN CASEY, 52, of Stert Street, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding by driving 35 mph in a 30 mph area at Headington Road, Oxford, on June 6. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six month due to repeat offending.

AARON CLARKE, 36, of Marlowe Close, Banbury, admitted possession of a quantity of the drug MDMA on May 25 at Banbury. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

COURTNEY HARRIS, 44, of Hornton Drive, Banbury, admitted possessing crack cocaine in Banbury on December 31. Fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ALDINA RODRIGUES, 51, of Green Ridges, Oxford, admitted theft by employee by stealing money from Boots, Headington, between September 1, 2017 and March 1, 2018. A community order was made and she must carry out 100 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

ASHLEY PHELPS, 29, of Easington Road, Banbury, admitted harassing a woman by sending her multiple Facebook messages and attempting to call her between January 15 and January 22 in Bicester. Sentenced to six months in jail, suspended for two years, must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

JACK WILLIAM FOX, 21, of Rochford Gardens, Bicester, admitted drug driving in London Road, Bicester, on November 11. Had 6.6ug of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol per 1L of blood, exceeding the limit. Also admitted driving without a licence and driving without insurance in London Road, Bicester, on November 11. Fined £240, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

TEDD HABYARIMANA, 30, of Colwell Drive, Headington, was convicted of drug-driving in Bayswater Road, Oxford, on May 24. Had 6.3ug of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in 1L of blood, exceeding the limit. A community order was made and he must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £300. Disqualified from driving for three years.

JAMES PETER NICHOLLS, 54, of no fixed address, admitted assaulting a person occasioning her actual bodily harm and criminal damage to a dressing table in Harwell, on September 26. Sentenced to 24 weeks in prison, suspended for 24 months. Must participate in a building better relationships programme for 35 days. A restraining order was made and he must not contact two women in Harwell until further order. Must pay £300 compensation, a £115 victim surcharge and £150 court costs.

MICHAEL JOHN DUNKLEY, 47, of Brickle Lane, Bloxham, was convicted of speeding at 87mph in a 50mph zone on the A361 at Shilton, on May 18. Fined £276, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for four months.

JOE HARRY TAYLOR, 22, of Kellys Road, Wheatley, was convicted of speeding at 54mph in a 30mph zone in Cuddesdon Road, Horspath, on May 18. Fined £430, must pay a victim surcharge of £43 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

JOSEPH MCINTOSH, 29, of Market Place, Faringdon, admitted breaching a restraining order by harassing a woman in Carterton on February 13. Jailed for four weeks, must pay a victim surcharge of £115.
