There was a major incident in Headington yesterday. Here's what we know so far:
- BREAKING: Man arrested on suspicion of murder after Headington Co-op stabbing
- A teenage girl has been stabbed at the Co-op at the top of London Road, Headington
- There was a police cordon at the scene and the police helicopter was spotted overhead
- Incident happened shortly after 3pm
- Witnesses have described paramedics assisting the victim at the scene and blood-soaked clothes on the ground
- The victim has been taken to the John Radcliffe with serious injuries
- It's believed the victim and the knifeman know eachother
- Witnesses describe an altercation outside the shop shortly before the stabbing
- Police have widened the cordon to Stile Road - only residents are allowed in the area
- Police have revealed they are hunting for the knifeman
- He is described as black, of large build, with short dark hair. He was wearing a green bomber-style jacket
