A HOMEOWNER has appealed against Oxford City Council’s decision not to allow him to build an extension at his home.
Zahid Hussain applied for planning permission to build an extension at the side and back of his house at 4, Fairfax Road in Cowley.

But the council has turned his application down and his appeal will now be considered by the Planning Inspectorate.
All representations made on the original planning application will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate and they will now be taken into consideration at a date to be fixed.
