TWO men have been charged after an attempted cash machine raid in Abingdon.
Police said the charges follow an attempt made yesterday to remove and steal the cash machine from the BP Service Station in Vineyard, Abingdon.
David Begalov, aged 32, and Goga Kakitadze, aged 35, both of no fixed abode, were arrested yesterday.
The pair have since been charged in connection to the attempted cash machine theft with one count of attempted theft, one count of theft and one count of going equipped for theft each.
The two men were refused bail and will appear before Oxford Magistrates’ Court today.
