A LANE has reopened on the A34 southbound near Kidlington due to a broken down ice cream van.
But in a separate incident on the same road, a broken down HGV at Abingdon is also causing delays.

Oxfordshire County Council said earlier that each incident was causing delays of around 10 minutes, with Highways England reporting that police are on the scene at both incidents.

The ice cream van is between Oxford Road (Kidlington Junction, Kidlington) and A44 Woodstock Road (Oxford), and lane one has now been reopened, with traffic easing. To keep up to date with that incident, click here.

At Abingdon, lane one is closed Southbound, before the A415 Marcham Road (Marcham Interchange). To keep up to date with that incident, click here.
Traffic is also heavy on the A34 near Bletchingdon and Sunningwell.
