THE King’s Centre in Oxford has won an award from Green Tourism, the world’s largest sustainable certification programme.
A Green Tourism assessor praised the conference centre, also a base for Oxford Community Church, for its ‘excellent green initiatives’ following an inspection of the largest event and conference centre in the South Midlands.

The Osney Mead centre was also praised for using local produce. General manager Tim King said: “This is recognition of the progress the team has made.”
