A PLAN to transfer the management of the county council's park and rides to Oxford City Council was discussed by senior county councillors yesterday.
The county council currently runs the park and rides at Thornhill, off the A40, and Water Eaton, near Oxford Parkway station.
But the city council could take over the management of those two sites. That authority runs Seacourt, Pear Tree and Redbridge park and rides.
It is understood the county council will retain ownership of the sites. All discussion of the changes was done in private session.
