FALCONRY, wall climbing and trampolining are just some of the activities taking place this Saturday at a festival at Hill End Centre near Farmoor.

Named after the contribution of the Ffennell family who established the Hill End Centre as a school nearly 100 years ago, the Ffennell festival will see families enjoy the centre's 'tranquil' surroundings.

The centre became a charitable trust two years ago and has remained unchanged over the years.

Families can take part in a variety of activities including, face painting, bushcraft and family teambuilding.

Music will be provided by Spellword, Rising Voices and The Noisy Neighbours and food will be provided.

The festival starts at 11am and finishes at 4pm. Booking is not necessary and entry is free but any donations are welcome.
