OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

BOBBY AHMED, 39, of Trefoli Place, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend Rehabilitation Activity. Fined £70 and ordered to pay £30 court costs.

COSMIN GOGAN, 20, of Broadway, Didcot, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work on January 31, March 25, April 8, and April 15, and failing to provide evidence. Fined £1,000 and ordered to pay £60 court costs.

THOMAS RYSAKOVAS, 36, of Herschel Crescent, Littlemore in Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court by failing to comply with unpaid work requirements and failing to keep in touch with courts. Fined £265 and ordered to pay £60 court costs.

COLIN ATKINSON, 25, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted drug-driving on November 26, at Edmunds Road, Banbury. Had 2.8ug of cannabis per litre of blood. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £150 and ordered to pay £115 court costs.

GARY HARLAND, 45, of Barton Village Road, in Headington, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis while driving in Reading on April 12, 2019. Given a community order to comply with rehabilitation activity requirements, and banned from driving for 20 months. Ordered to pay £170 court costs.

JAMES POVEY, 23, of Hamfield in Wantage, admitted firing an air weapon from a house in Stockham Park, namely an Edgar Brothers Striker Sniper air rifle, and admitted assault against a man causing actual bodily harm. Fined £300 compensation and £170 courts cost. He was given a community order.

DOMINIC DYCE, 24, of Burwell Drive in Witney, admitted drug-driving on March 19, 2019 at Burwell Drive, Witney. Had 272ug of cocaine per litre of blood. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £115 court costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

JAMES MAURICE NELSON, 37, of Halls Lane in East Hanney, admitted drink-driving in Wantage on March 22, 2019, at the A338. He had 53mcg of alcohol in 100millitres of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £540 and ordered to pay £224 court costs. Banned from driving for 14 months.

STEFAN ANDREI RAILEANU, 26, of Broadway in Didcot, admitted drink-driving in Didcot on October 28, 2018, in Wessex Road. He had 94ug of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within 12 months and must pay court costs of £485. Banned from driving for 24 months.

STEPHEN CHRISTOPHER HOLTON, 39, of Castle Street in Wallingford, admitted drug-driving in Wallingford on February 24, 2019, in Castle Street and driving without insurance. He had no less than 8.4mcg of cannabis per litre of blood. Fined £880 and ordered to pay £129 in court costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

GREGORY HALE, 45, of Evenlode, Banbury, was convicted of harassment without violence between August 28 and November 9 in Oxford. He was made subject to a restraining order against his victim and must pay a fine of £450, a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £775.

Bryn BARRICK, 48, of St Nicholas Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man at Luther Street, Oxford on June 4. He was fined £50 and must pay compensation of £50 and court costs of £40.

Leigh CLARKE, 27, of Moorland Road, Witney, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on May 21 at Corn Street, Witney as well as failing to surrender to custody. Had 41 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

EDMOND MARTINAJ, 43, of Lewin Close, Oxford, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on March 13 at Oxford Road, Cowley. Had 156 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

CHRISTOPHER PEPPER, 28, of Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a TV, a mobile phone and an internal door at an address in Bicester on April 14. He was made subject to a community order to include participation in the Building Better Relationships programme for 30 days and rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days. He must also pay compensation of £600, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was made subject to a restraining order against his victim.

KAYLEIGH WATSON, 32, of Divinity Road, Oxford, admitted stealing goods to the value of £48 from Sainsbury’s Local, St Aldate’s, Oxford, on April 15, possessing a quantity of crack cocaine, stealing three boxes of perfume valued at £90 from Boots, Oxford, on May 26 and failing to comply with a previously imposed community order. She was made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for 12 months and 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. She must also pay a fine of £50 and compensation totalling £138.

CONNOR ROWLANDS, 22, of Lapwing Close, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving 42 mph in a 30 mph area at the A40 North Way, Oxford, on September 23. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for seven days.

ADETOKUNBO ADEGBENRO, 22, of Augustine Way, Oxford, admitted using a vehicle without third party insurance on January 5 at Holloway, Cowley. He was fined £180 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ALSHAFEEA EZEREG, 19, of Pipkin Way, Oxford, was convicted of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence on March 23 at Bonn Square, Oxford. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £200.

Daniel COLLINS, 35, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing fish to the value of £93 from Co Op, Oxford, on May 29 and committing an offence during the period of a suspended sentence. He was jailed for four months and must pay compensation of £93.

TIMOTHY ASH, 51, of Church Walk, Shrivenham, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on May 25 in Faringdon. Had 64 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. Fined £300, victim surcharge £30, costs £85 and 17 months driving ban.
