HUNDREDS of car enthusiasts flocked to Notcutts Oxford Garden Centre to enjoy a nostalgic look back at some of the best vintage vehicles from days gone by.

The event, held on Sunday, raised more than £500 for national gardening charity Thrive, which supports people living with disabilities and ill health.

Since 2015, the classic car show, which is based at the Nuneham Courtenay garden centre, has grown with now more than 250 vintage vehicles of all shapes and sizes, travelling from motoring groups across the country.

People also enjoyed a barbecue, tombola, fairground rides for children, and tastings of local cider and gin.
