A MAN has been banned from all pubs in Bicester after attacking a police officer.
Darren Evans, 42, of no fixed abode, admitted the assault which happened in Bell Lane, Bicester, on May 17.
ALSO READ: Woman banned from ALL shops in Bicester's town centreHe was sentenced to 28 days in prison at Oxford Magistrates' Court on July 10, and given a three-year criminal behaviour order.
The order bans him from entering any public house with a license to sell alcohol on premises in Bicester, and being in possession of an unsealed container of alcohol in a public place in Bicester.
He must also pay £115 compensation.
