QUEUES are backed up once again on the Botley Road heading in to Oxford.

Traffic is almost at a standstill for commuters heading in to the city and causing problems in areas elsewhere in Oxford.

The Oxford Times:

Congestion has had a knock-on effect on the A420 and drivers are reporting long delays even attempting to get to the Botley Road.

It comes as roadworks continue at the junction with Ferry Hinksey Road, carried out by gas company SGN.

Three-way traffic lights were installed at the junction with Ferry Hinksey Road, which has caused rush hour queues over the past week.
