She appeared via videolink from HMP Eastwood Park at Oxford Crown Court yesterday for sentencing.

The court heard that because of an 'administrative error' a pre-sentence report to explore all sentencing options was not yet ready.

Urging the court to agree to postpone the case his defence barrister Rhianna Fricker said that by way of mitigation her client had been a long-standing drug user since an early age.

She added that Harris had complied with the National Probation Service in completing the report and sought a drug rehabilitation requirement.

Judge Nigel Daly, presiding, agreed to adjourn the case further so that a pre-sentence report could be made available before sentencing.

He warned, however, that it would be 'extremely difficult' to order a sentence that would include a community rehabilitation element given the multiple offences and the crimes.

He said that the chances of ordering a drug rehabilitation requirement were 'pretty remote' but agreed to postpone the hearing.

Harris will appear again August 23.
