Welcome to another week of Bygones and we’ve three from the 1950s and three from our favourite year, 1995.
All of our 1950s pictures are of Whittington, and hand on heart, can you see if anything has actually changed?
The bird’s eye view of the village still shows off some of the major landmarks you see every day, such as the castle and St John’s the Baptist Church, and there’s a even a boat in the duck pond.
Things are little brighter in our 1995 pictures with a couple of cars and more for sale at E. M. Hughes in Welsh Walls, plus some beautiful lights for Christmas.
