- Parents and students have been flooding into Marches School as the long wait for their GCSE results comes to an end.
- Students Iwan Higgins, Matt Skinsey and Aiden Steele were delighted with their results and are all looking forward to returning to Marches next year as they join sixth form.
- Alison Pearson, school headteacher, said: “It’s a very emotional day.
- “There’s a lot of parents here today and it shows the bond we have with them.
- “The results are strong across the board in all the subjects.
- “It’s a really good day, we’re really pleased and it’s such a positive thing to see.”
