OXFORD MP Anneliese Dodds has joined about 160 others in signing a cross-party plan to stop a no-deal Brexit being forced through Parliament.

Ms Dodds said: “I’ve signed it because of depth of feeling of my constituents against a no-deal Brexit, especially in relation to the impact on BMW in Cowley, scientific research and our EU citizens in Oxford.”

The Church House Declaration aims to stop Prime Minister Boris Johnson forcing through a no-deal by shutting down parliament and will see MPs ‘do whatever is necessary’ to ensure that the ‘people’s voice is heard’.
