TWO major projects for Oxford should be given planning permission, city council planning officers have said.
A2Dominion wants to knock down flats in Gibbs Crescent and then build 140 new flats on the site.
Guido Schuette, who was 46, died in a blast in Gibbs Crescent in February 2017. Three flats were destroyed.
A2Dominion also wants permission to knock down the Simon House hostel, in Paradise Street, and replace it with 30 flats.
City council officers say both proposals should be given planning permission at a meeting of the city council's West Area planning committee next Tuesday.
