OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

TOUFIK BOUMERDASSI, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing £252.79 worth of meat from Tesco on Cowley Road on May 19, and also admitted stealing alcohol worth £127.50 from Tesco on Cowley Road on June 4. Ordered to pay £252.79 compensation.

ANDREW BOOKER, 52, of Waynflete Road in Oxford, admitted harassment without violence between June 4 and July 21. Handed a community order including rehabilitation activity, and made subject of a restraining order not to contact the victim and attend a particular address in Oxford. Must pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

DANIEL ELLIS, 49, of Mereland Road in Didcot, admitted two charges of assault by beating on July 18 in Didcot. Made subject to a restraining order and fined £1,000. Must pay £50 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

ALEX CLARKE, 31, of Evans Way in Chipping Norton, admitted being the person in whose name a vehicle was registered when it did not meet requirements. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge plus £30 court costs.

JAROSLAW KROKOWSKI, 30, of The Avenue in Kennington, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Merlin Road, Oxford, on August 4. Found to have 40mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from riving for 12 months.

OFENTSE MAKGAE, 27, of Banbury Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Park End Street, Oxford, on August 3. Found to have 108mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Handed a community order and must undertake 80 hours unpaid work. Must pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

KANE PARSONS, 23, of Nightingale Avenue in Oxford, admitted stealing a tent worth £249 from Go Outdoors on Abingdon Road. Given a conditional discharge for nine months, and ordered to pay £21 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs.

WIOLETTA SEGA, 41, of Broad Oak in Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Three Fields Road, Headington, on August 2. Found to have 101cg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Given a community order including 80 hours of unpaid work, and must pay £32 victim surcharge plus £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

LEE WALLIS, 43, of Station Road in Chinnor, admitted stealing a tent worth £249 from Go Outdoors on Abingdon Road. Given a community order including 60 hours of unpaid work, and must pay £90 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs.

DANIEL LUDLOW, 54, of Gibbs Crescent in Botley, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with notification requirements of the sex offenders register. Sentenced to six weeks in prison due to previous convictions and must pay £122 victim surcharge.

KAILUN WANG, 23, of Woodins Way in Oxford, admitted assault by beating in New Road, Oxford on May 23. Given a conditional discharge of 12 months and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £100 court costs.

TABAS AHMED, 27, of Wilthycomb Road in Banbury, admitted drug driving, namely cannabis, along the A422 Hennef Way in Banbury on April 30. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

KYLE JONES, 19, of John Morris Road, Abingdon, admitted causing criminal damage to the driver's door of a Citroen Picasso taxi on May 26 in Abingdon. He must pay compensation of £780.

KEVIN REYNOLDS, 64, of Heigham Court, Stanford in the Vale, admitted assaulting a man in Botley on May 9. He was fined £784 and must pay a victim surcharge of £78 and court costs of £85.

CLAIRE ANN DOLTON, 37, of Plowman Tower, Headington, admitted driving while unfit through drink on February 10 in Oxford. She was fined £120 and must pay compensation of £175 and was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

Wesley Craig McArthur GILBERT, 38, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, admitted stealing a pedal cycle valued at £250 at Turl Street, Oxford, on June 20 as well as stealing goods to the value of £200 from Boots, Oxford Retail Park on July 26. He was jailed for 12 weeks and must pay compensation totalling £450.

MICHAEL DAVID GRANT, 67, of Thornbury Rise, Banbury, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of unlawful violence on March 21 in Banbury. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

KIERAN LOCKYER, 19, of Haldane Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a police constable on August 4 in Oxford. He was fined £130 and must pay compensation of £75.

Adam Paul MORRISON, 30, o no fixed abode, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress on June 21 in Oxford. He was fined £100 and must pay compensation of £50.

DAVID WALL, 37, of Wick Close, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a front door to a value unknown on August 3 in Oxford. He was fined £292 and must pay compensation of £353, a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

JAMIE GARRY TONY WOODLEY, 31, of Loder Road, Didcot, admitted stealing meat to the value of £57.50 from the Co Op, Didcot on July 19, stealing steak to the value of £90 and meat valued at £80 from Marks and Spencer's, Didcot, on July 18 and 17. He also admitted stealing meat to the value of £80, £70 and £70 from Marks and Spencer, Didcot on May 30 and June 8 and 17 and was convicted of committing the offence while under a conditional discharge. Admitted further counts of stealing a Ralph Lauren handbag valued at £129.99 between July 9 and 20, a handbag to a value unknown on July 13, four pairs of trainers valued at £120 on July 20 and handbags and perfume valued at £226.94 on July 27 from TK Maxx, Didcot and stealing alcohol valued at £65 from Marks and Spencer, Didcot on August 8. He was jailed for four months suspended for 12 months and made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for 12 months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days. He must also pay compensation totalling £305.

DARREN DAVID EVANS, 42, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements upon release from prison by failing to attend an appointment and failing to keep in contact with the National Probation Service after release on July 11. He was fined £50.
