A PLAN to remove an age restriction on flats in Botley was approved by councillors.
The owners of 4 Green Lane in Botley wanted to ensure that six two-bedroom flats could be lived in by people of all ages.
But a restriction applied when planning permission was first granted for them in the 1980s meant the flats were only for people aged over 55.
Vale of White Horse District Council's planning committee removed the condition at a meeting on Wednesday, despite some worries that elderly people could be priced out the area.
