A DRIVER has been disqualified after failing to carry out a breathalyser test.
Kamil Buczek, of Francis Brown Way, Chalgrove, was stopped by officers in Staffordshire on November 25 last year.
The 35-year-old was asked to complete a breathalyser test after being suspected of having been drinking but he refused.

He was sentenced for failing to provide a specimen for analysis and pleaded guilty at Cannock Magistrates Court on January 12 this year.
On February 15 this year, he was given a community order to complete 10 days of rehabilitation activity and 100 hours of unpaid work.
He was also disqualified from driving for 45 months, reduced by 45 weeks due to his guilty plea.
There were also court costs of £135 and a victim surcharge of £114.
