A man has indecently exposed himself to a member of the public.

It happened in the Shiplake/Binfield Heath area near Henley between midday and 12.30pm on Thursday March 21.

The man then got into a black vehicle and drove off on the A4155 towards Shiplake.

The car pulled out into the road directly in front of a learner driver.

Police are appealing for the driver or passenger of that vehicle to come forward.

They also want to hear from any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage.

Officers from TVP South Oxon and Vale of White Horse said: "Likewise, we welcome contact from anyone who witnessed any part of this incident or noticed anyone acting suspiciously in the timeframe leading up to the incident."
