A 40-year-old man was today eared of two charges of sexual activity with a child.
The Oxford Crown Court jury in the case of Timothy Ash, of Bourton near Shrivenham, was due on Thursday to continue considering its verdict on a third charge of sexual activity with a child.
Ash denies all the charges, which relate to a 14-year-old girl.
The trial continues.
