World-famous Shaolin Monks are set to perform at the New Theatre in their new show Shaolin Wheel of Life.
It is the first time the group has performed in the UK in four years and its performance at the George Street theatre, on Saturday, October 25, will be the first date of their tour.
The group, who performed a kung fu show at the New Theatre in their last UK tour, took time out of their busy rehearsal schedule to spend a day training with local Shaolin group Amitoufu Shaolin School, which trains at OFS Studio in George Street.
Diana Hackett, of the New Theatre, said: "We are delighted to be welcoming them back with their new show and we are delighted local students got a chance to train with the masters of Shaolin kung fu. It should be a fantastic, awe-inspiring show."
