Marston were quickly into their stride and put lots of pressure on the Sharks goal. Displaying an excellent passing game and using both wings to good effect Marston had the upper hand and although the Sharks battled hard they were unable to stem the tide; and it reached half time with Saints 0-4 up with goals from Isaac Shenton, Alex McBryan & Awadh Mohamed. The Sharks refused to give up and claimed a well taken goal from Connor Madden. However they were unable to find an answer to Saints superb passing and strong running and further goals followed from Shenton, McBryan & Mohamed to leave the final score 1-8.
