Eight people, including two men from Oxford, have appeared in court in connection with an alleged plot to break into a power station.
The defendants are among 114 alleged protesters arrested before an apparently planned demonstration at Ratcliffe-on-Soar power station in Nottinghamshire.
Police raided a school in the Sneinton Dale area of Nottingham on April 13.
Yesterday, Olaf Bayer, 34, and Martin Shaw, 44, both from Campbell Road, Oxford, appeared before Nottingham magistrates charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated trespass.
The case was adjourned.
