Arsonists are suspected of setting fire to a 7.5 ton lorry carrying plant machinery in Hill Road, Lewknor, this morning.
Fire crews from Watlington and Thame were called to the scene at 5.51am to find diesel leaking from a ruptured tank.
No one was injured.
A spokesman for Oxfordshire fire and rescue service said arson was suspected and police had been informed.
