Studley Wood member Andy Hill came to the rescue when the club's annual dinner and presentation evening was hit by a power cut.
Hill, an electrician, soon sorted out the problem at 333 Banbury Road, Oxford and the 130 guests were able to enjoy the rest of the evening.
The main presentations were made to club champions Darren Drew (men), Caroline Willingham (ladies) and Adam Hawkins (junior).
