Witney United and Old Woodstock Town have escaped charges from the Oxfordshire FA following the mass brawl in their game at Marriotts Stadium last month.
Mayhem broke out in injury time at the end of the match on Saturday, November 9 - which Witney won 1-0 - with nearly all the players and some Woodstock fans involved in disgraceful scenes.
Woodstock goalkeeper Darren Mole and teammate Ricky King were sent off along with Witney's Steve Lawrence after the referee restored peace.
After receiving reports from the officials, the OFA have decided not to take any action against the clubs.
"No charges were issued," said secretary Ian Mason.
The three players who saw red will face disciplinary action under the normal proceedure.
Meanwhile, Witney have banned Lawrence, who has been sent off four times this season, from the club.
