Teenagers brought traffic to a standstill in Wallingford on December 6 as they fought a pitched battle in the town centre.
Police reports said between 20 and 40 youths were involved in the fracas in the High Street just before 11.30pm.
Police were called to deal with the running battle, in which youths were seen punching and kicking each other in the road.
No-one was believed to have been seriously injured, said a police spokesman.
