The town was transformed as hundreds flocked to enjoy the fairground rides, stalls and late-night Christmas shopping.
Many stallholders dressed in Victorian costume.
Children visited Santa in his grotto at Pettits department store, while a range of charities and community groups did brisk business in the Regal Centre.
Wallingford Rotary Club's prize for the best festive Victorian shopfront went to Occasions hat shop of Goldsmith's Lane.
Owner Valerie Wolsey received an engraved trophy and £50 was donated to her chosen Oxfordshire charity SeeSaw, which helps bereaved children. Her colleague Nicky Morgan is pictured in the shop window.
