Two business parks in the north of the county are now fully occupied.
The last unit on the Avonbury Business Park in Bicester has been sold to Imaging Associates, which has relocated from the Thame Park Business centre.
Agents Lambert Smith Hampton said the development had been particularly successful with all units sold or let before they had been completed.
Meanwhile, the MXL centre in Banbury has let its last unit to Allen & Douglas Corporate Clothing. It joins a range of other local firms who have relocated to take advantage of the site's proximity to the motorway.
