Former Standlake junior racers Jonathan Adams and Jonathan Bricknell, led the way as Oxfordshire racers won six of the seven finals at Standlake Arena on Sunday.

Adams, of Carterton, won two heats in the Under 1800cc Bangers and the final, with Kidlington's Bricknell taking second place in the final.

Marcham's Andy Butcher, centre, who won the Prod A final at Standlake Arena, from Dean Claridge, right, of Freeland, and Reading's Andy West

In the Over 1800cc Banger class, Roy Grant's Chevrolet Citation won him his second final of the season. However, there will be no third final for his car, as he finished it off in the end-of-day demolition derby.

Chipping Norton racer Andy Philpott continued his form winning the Saloon Rods. In his last two meetings his Peugeot 205 GTI has taken a second place and reeled off five straight wins. He has been promoted to a red roof grade and will start future races from the back of the grid.
