Middle Barton twice came from behind to see off Shrivenham.
Peters put the home side ahead, but Middle Barton levelled through Ben Redknap to make it 1-1 at the break.
Peters struck again for Shrivenham on 52 minutes, only for the outstanding Paul Anderson to score twice and then Ian Fraser once to give Barton a 4-2 lead.
Shrivenham pulled another back from a penalty after Andy Shepherd handled, but Fraser's second sealed it for Barton with the last kick of the game.
Sixteen-year-old Danny Phillips shone in the Middle Barton midfield.
