A man who indecently exposed himself to a woman in Oxford may have tried to strike again.
An incident in Barracks Lane, Temple Cowley, on Wednesday (May 9) was followed two days later by a sighting of a man acting suspiciously near Iffley Lock. He was Asian, about 30 and 5ft 10in tall.
