Youngsters at a preschool are looking forward to being draught-free later this year.
A fund-raising event at their schoolroom in South Moreton, near Didcot, raised £500 towards new doors and windows.
Fundraising organiser Helen Ball said: "We are all grateful for the response we got from local people. Everyone was very generous.
"It boosted our money and we should be able to get our new doors and windows very soon."
The project will cost the preschool about £2,000 and they are now within sight of their target.
