More than 20 pupils gave up a day of their Easter holidays to help offer students across ther world access to new Web information.
Witney's Wood Green School has been awarded Broadband Project status by Oxfordshire's local eduction authority.
The co-ordinator for the Broadband Project, Richard Young, said: "This means early next term the much-heralded superhighway finally comes to Witney. In anticipation the school has prepared on-line video clips of drama, music and language activities.
"Being wired up via broadband means we will be able create and
share files with pictures, sounds and video clips with students around the world. Given our students are so keen I am sure we will be able to create some really imaginative resources."
