Northway reached the Under 15 Cup final after a hard-earned 2-1 win over Barton who hit the post on two occasions.
Northway went ahead in the first half through Hallett, who also snatched their winner after Barton had equalised through Boyes.
In the Under 16 Cup, two goals from Ross Adams saw Highworth Juniors to a 2-0 victory over Crowmarsh.
