Two goals from the impressive Scott Taylor saw Carterton come from behind to see off Almondsbury.
Visitors' keeper Dave Rice foiled 17-year-old John Andrews and Scott Taylor before Almondsbury were gifted with a goal in the 35th minute.
Nick Armitage failed to hold Morrisey's shot and the same player lobbed home the rebound.
It was all Carterton after the break, Jason Cook making it 1-1 with a bullet header from Craig Dore's corner in the 60th minute.
Taylor made it 2-1 ten minutes later with with a well-taken goal, and his second five minutes from time sealed the points.
