Middle Barton could count themselves unfortunate not to take anything from their trip to leaders Gloucester United.
Tatton gave Gloucester a seventh-minute lead, but Middle Barton had their chances through Paul Anderson and Ian Fraser. They were also unfortunate not to be awarded a penalty when Tony Bott appeared to be pushed over.
Their fate was finally sealed when a harsh decision saw Gloucester handed a penalty in the 87th minute, and Peacey slammed home the spot-kick.
