An 87th-minute own goal saw Didcot go down to Premier Division leaders Swindon Supermarine in yesterday's other semi-final in front of a 180 crowd at the Loop Meadow Stadium.
Andy Marriott put Didcot in front on 21 minutes, a lead they held until the 50th minute when Futcher levelled.
Former Oxford City and Witney midfielder Tate Hulbert made it 2-1 to Supermarine four minutes later, only for Andy Cooper to level it up from the penalty spot on 68 minutes.
A replay looked on the cards until Swindon snatched the verdict with three minutes left.
