It is a pity Sarah Morris (Oxford Mail, January 11) did not reveal her own or her mother's productive achievements, or lack of them, before criticising the proud mother of nine.
I am the proud father of four and at 86, I think I can safely say that I have paid my share of tax burdens and perhaps, in a small way, to Ms Morris's freedom of expression, after being wounded during the war in the process.
Oh sorry, didn't I say, my mother was the youngest of nine. God bless.
