The air ambulance was called to a crash that closed the A4260 north of Kidlington this afternoon.
Reports say the collision involving two cars and a lorry happened between the turnings for the B4027, north of Bunkers Hill, and the B4030 at Hopcrofts Holt.
The road is closed in both directions.
The air ambulance and police are on the scene. There is no indication of when the closures will be lifted.
