THIS thief thought no-one was looking when he reached over the till to grab two charity boxes from an Oxford newsagent’s.

But he was caught on CCTV snatching the green tin from R&H News in St Clements Street, St Clements, on Thursday, September 30, at 2.09pm.

The collection was for people with learning difficulties in Uganda. He also snatched another, for research into meningitis.

He has now been put on Thames Valley Police’s most wanted list.

We named and pictured its first 14 suspects last month – and police have since arrested five.

Steven Sinclair, 19, of Normandy Crescent, Cowley, was charged with sexual assault.

Henry McGrath, 55, from Sandford-on-Thames, was charged with nine offences relating to burglary and theft.

A 24-year-old from Oxford was arrested on suspicion of carrying out a robbery on Monday, January 25.

A 15-year-old and a 16-year-old have also been bailed following a robbery in Headley Way, Oxford.
