Defences were generally on top in a very even game at Bicester Rd with chances at a premium.Harwell started brightest with Launton keeper Liam Hine producing an early reflex stop.As Launton came more into it Harwell keeper Alex Thomas thwarted Ben Tapping in a one on one. Substitute Will Roberts ran himself into the ground but generally the home side were given nothing by a mean back four in which Drew Boyd and Jack Hamblyn were outstanding. A set piece always seemed likely to decide the game and so it proved when Alex Frost headed in at the back post from an excellent delivery from the right touchline.A grandstand finish failed to produce a home equaliser with Jack Evans having an effort ruled out for offside and the Harwell goal suriving several penalty area melees.
