JOHN J. Monaghan’s letter (Prescription Pain), prompts a reply and emphasises one of the many reasons why UKIP says that we should leave the European Union.
The EU Regionalisation Plan states that the 48 counties in England will be abolished in favour of nine EU regions which will, in turn, report directly to Brussels and not Westminster.
Through devolution, the rest of the UK is to be spared this anomaly of prescription charges, among other things.
UKIP says that the fragmentation of our great nation, which has evolved over many centuries culminating in relative political stability, is unnecessary, unrealistic, unworkable and unwanted.
UKIP wants unity, not division.
