A 22-year-old man is missing from East Oxford after failing to turn up at university since the start of term.
Andrew Stout, 22, from Reliance Way, was last seen at the Camera bar and restaurant, in St Ebbes, on Thursday, February 10.
He is in his final year of study at Oxford Brookes University and has not attended lectures since the start of term.
Sgt David Whittle said: “We are concerned for his welfare as this behaviour is very out of character.”
