A three-vehicle crash today caused long delays on the A34 Western Bypass near Oxford.
The collision happened on the southbound carriageway near the Botley Interchange, blocking the outside lane.
The crash led to congestion which tailed back past the Peartree Interchange.
Earlier, an obstruction on the M40 southbound between junction 7 and junction 6, caused some hold-ups. It was removed by 8am.
