OXFORD: A dying man was found in a stairwell by a security guard at the Westgate car park.
Peter Rouse, 37, from Blackbird Leys was discovered at the Norfolk Street side of the multi-storey car park at 8.41pm on November 5 and was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
An inquest into his death is yet to be opened as Mr Rouse’s cause of death is not yet known.
