Brighty Varughese-Kakkunnath
AN OXFORD pupil won a county competition to design a banner urging drivers to slow down.
Brighty Varughese-Kakkunnath, 10, from Wood Farm Primary School, won the competition run in conjunction with national road safety charity Brake.
